About
Supervised by William Whitney (LMFT #90691)
Hi there! I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #143915) based in Pasadena, CA, where I was born and raised. I’m currently being supervised by William Whitney (LMFT #90691). My journey into the world of therapy began with a passion for understanding human behavior, which I studied at Colgate University, majoring in Psychology and Women’s Studies. This foundation deepened my appreciation for the complexities of relationships and individual experiences.
I furthered my education at the University of San Diego, earning my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. My approach is rooted in empathy and a commitment to creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I believe in the power of connection and collaboration, and I’m dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate their challenges to foster healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking in the beautiful trails around Pasadena, trying new recipes, and engaging in ongoing learning about mental health and wellness. I look forward to working together on your journey toward growth, healing, and self-discovery!
